Fix what slows you down. Plan for what comes next.

Companies usually come to us for one of two reasons: something is slowing the business down, or they are planning to grow and want their operations ready for it. Either way, we start by looking at how the business actually runs, then recommend the changes worth making: process, tools, automation or software.

A business, connected.

The work stops at approval.

The quote is ready, but ownership of the decision is unclear. Delivery waits while the team follows up.

01

What the assessment looks at

01

Root causes, not symptoms

A late report or a missed follow-up is usually a symptom. We map how work, information and decisions move between people and tools to find where the system actually breaks.

02

Revenue and operations together

Lead handling, quoting, delivery, billing and service are examined as one flow, because losses that look commercial often start in operations.

03

Priorities you can act on

Findings are ranked by impact and effort, so you know what to fix first, what can wait and what is not worth doing.

04

Ready for growth

When you are planning to grow, we look at what today’s way of working can handle and where it would strain, so the right processes, tools or automation are in place before the volume arrives.

What your quote covers

Every project receives a written quote. Here is what it usually includes, what is priced separately and what we will need from you.

Included

  • Conversations with leadership and key team members
  • A map of current workflows and decisions
  • A prioritized list of issues and opportunities
  • A leadership readout with a recommended next step

Priced separately

  • Implementing the recommendations
  • Software, automation or website projects that follow
  • Ongoing advisory support

From you

  • Time with the people who know the work
  • Access to the tools and reports you already use
  • Your growth goals and constraints

Next: If you choose to act on the recommendations with us, each next phase is quoted separately.

From first conversation to recommendations

  1. 01

    Understand the business

Goals, pain points, team, tools and the numbers you already track. We speak with leadership and with the people who do the work day to day.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

We map workflows and decisions, find bottlenecks and their root causes, and check them against your data where it exists.

  3. 03

    Recommend and plan

You receive a readout with prioritized recommendations: process changes, better use of your existing tools, automation or new software, with a suggested sequence.

05

Questions before you start

Do we have to build software afterwards?

No. The assessment has value on its own. Recommendations can cover your processes or tools you already pay for; a software project is never a required next step.

How long does an assessment take?

Usually two to four weeks, depending on the size of the business and how many teams are involved.

What do we receive?

A map of how work and decisions flow today, a prioritized list of issues and opportunities, and a recommended next step, presented to your leadership team.

How does this connect to automation?

Often directly. Once the root cause is clear, the right fix is frequently to automate a repetitive step or connect tools that do not talk to each other. Because the same team assesses and builds, nothing gets lost between the recommendation and the delivery.

Tell us about your project.

Your business, users and the problem to solve: a few sentences are enough to start. Sending an inquiry does not require payment.
