An app that solves a real problem.
Want to simplify your team’s work or offer a service to your customers? Artek Nexus helps you define and develop a mobile app, starting with its users, data and the tasks they need to complete.
Capture the details where the work happens.
Nomad is one example of a mobile workflow we build: record an expense with the details your team needs.
01
Choose the right features before writing code
01
A specific user journey
Who opens the app, what do they need to do and how often? We design screens and actions around that scenario instead of starting with a long feature list.
02
The right platforms
iPhone, Android or a web app that works on phones: the choice depends on your users, budget and the device features you need.
03
Your data and existing tools
Accounts, roles, notifications and integrations are scoped for your project. Data access and each user’s responsibilities are part of the design.
04
A realistic first release
A first version can focus on one useful workflow. Payments, offline access, external connections and advanced features each need a specific assessment.
02
Explore an Artek Nexus product.
Nomad Finance shows our work on an expense management product: capture, organization and review within one workflow. It is a separate product, not a fixed-price application template.

03
What your quote covers
Every project receives a written quote. Here is what it usually includes, what is priced separately and what we will need from you.
Included
- The user journey and screens of the first version
- The agreed platforms (iPhone, Android or web)
- The accounts and roles specified in the quote
- Testing on the agreed platforms
Priced separately
- Payments and offline access
- Connections to external services
- Advanced features, assessed case by case
From you
- Concrete examples of the work to simplify
- Access to the tools and data the app needs
- App store developer accounts, as specified in the quote
After launch: Updates, hosting, support, recurring costs and ownership of the deliverables are agreed in writing before launch.
04
From first conversation to launch
- 01
Describe the problem
Tell us who will use the app and what takes too much time today. A few concrete examples help more than a long wish list.
- 02
Plan the first version
We define essential screens, data and dependencies. The scope, quote and delivery stages are confirmed before development.
- 03
Test and prepare to launch
We check the agreed journeys and platforms. Store submissions, developer accounts and maintenance are specified in the quote; store approval depends on the platforms’ rules.
05
Questions before you start
Do you develop for iPhone and Android?
Both platforms can be included in a project. We confirm the target platforms and device features during scoping because they affect development and testing.
Do I need a specification first?
No. Describe your users, the problem to solve and the tools you already use. We can work together to define a first version.
How much does an app cost?
Every app receives a tailored quote. Screens, roles, integrations and technical constraints determine the cost; business website packages do not apply to apps.
What happens after launch?
Updates, hosting and support depend on the product. We agree on those responsibilities and recurring costs with you before launch.
Tell us about your project.
Your business, users and the problem to solve: a few sentences are enough to start. Sending an inquiry does not require payment.
